How long does the battery last on a single charge?
Range varies by model and riding style, but most SUPER73 bikes offer an estimated range of 40-75+ miles depending on the pedal-assist mode and terrain.
Do I need a license or registration to ride a SUPER73?
In most regions, our bikes are classified as electric bicycles (Class 1, 2, or 3) and do not require a driver's license, insurance, or license plates. However, we recommend checking your local state and city regulations.
What is the shipping process for such a large item?
We ship our bikes via specialized freight carriers to ensure safety. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number and the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.
Can I ride my SUPER73 in the rain?
Our bikes are designed to be weather-resistant; however, they are not waterproof. Riding in light rain is generally fine, but we advise against riding through deep puddles or pressure washing the electrical components.
What is your return policy for electric bikes?
We offer a 15-day return window for unused bikes in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee and return shipping costs may apply to large freight items.
Does the bike come fully assembled?
Your SUPER73 will arrive approximately 85% assembled. You will typically need to install the handlebars, front wheel, and pedals. We provide all necessary tools and a step-by-step assembly guide in the box.
