At SUPER73, we want you to love your ride, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your purchase within 15 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging and in new, unused condition to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to start the return process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare Your Shipment

  Carefully pack your SUPER73 e-bike or accessories in the original factory packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label and securely attach it to the outside of your box before dropping it off at an authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
